Tried to return a gift which was purchased online because the size was wrong. Employee processed it as a refund and it went back on the card of the person who purchased the gift for us. So we then had to go to the person who bought us the gift to get them to reorder it. This all should have been handled in the store, especially when the online VS site says that we can go to the store and receive store credit for online purchases. A customer who receives a gift shouldn't have to do an exchange through the person who bought it for them. That's not right.
So I went in to exchange a bra due to washing it once and it went all bad thereafter.
I asked for help to find a "teddy for a wedding night"... something "white and for a 46 year old woman" and you asked me if i liked the black bra with cheezy gold stars! Really?
Not as Advertised - I went to the store (mid-May 2017) to buy some presents for my wife, expecting to be helped by some pretty girls. I declined help from a plus size employee with an obnoxious tone, opting to get help from a petite and pretty saleslady, similar in stature to my wife. Instead of stepping aside, allowing me to experience the store the way I wanted the big lady pushed the pretty lady out of the way and tried to force on me what to buy for my wife. I was pretty disgusted, taking only the things which the pretty girl suggested, and left quickly. VS used to be an experience, allowing an escape from reality, not getting the American obesity epidemic thrown in your face. VS's best days are behind them.
I should have known when i first asked you for help and you looked around your store saying, "hmmmmmmm".
First the customer service suck I was greeted by a Spanish lady with a great smile that pointed me to go to the pink colored wall I stead of just walking me there making sure I got what I needed. Than I get to the register and the lady that was there seem like she just wasn't feeling today. She calls her manager to help in my issue of exchange from a purchase offline and both were so rude first the manager without really knowing or looking at the bra that I was trying to exchange she said with her eyes rolled it's a PINK bra (which it wasn't because I just left the PINK store exchanging other things brought offline) and I started to say NO and she put her hand up as to shut me up and talked over me. Than they couldn't find my order off my PINK Card. They wanted to give me $10 for a bra that cost $35 all because they don't carry the bra that I brought any longer.
I went to the store today (12/14 16:00) to purchase some Christmas gifts. The store is having promotion with beauty products with buy 1 get 1 free as well as free blanket with $85 purchase. The 2 ladies there that help me were really nice, asking me for help. Since they have a very good promotion B1G1, I wanted to buy 2 gift set as Christmas gift and 3 perfumes (not including the free one). When I checked out, I felt very embarrassed and uncomfortable for holding up the line because the manager made me sign a form putting all my information including my driver license. I NEVER have to put down driver license for any purchase in the store before. The cashier did NOT know what to do with the form and have to ask other cashiers and then they have to call the manager over again. Then the manager loudly asked me in front of everyone which country I bought the gift to??? I dont know if my appearance as ASIAN have any thing to do with this kind of question?? I am wondering if they would ask the same question for other Ethnicity? Its the Christmas season so of course I am buying gift for family. I ended up just buying the gift set and not buying any perfumes since I felt intimidated buy this kind of questions. This whole process was very frustrating and I did not like the way I was treated by the manager. I would never come back to this location again
Never will I order online or go back to this store location. I will always spend money with any company that gives me great customer service. Hope you guys had better ones
