I've been shopping at lane Bryant for years and have never had an unpleasant experience. At this location the staff is great, but I would strongly suggest reevaluating the manager. I didn't catch her name, because I was just perusing. She was probably 45-50 year old, short haired woman. I watched as she spoke to many customers with a bitter attitude, countlessly telling them she didn't know and walking away from their questions & even loudly told one of her staff members that a lady was " suspicous" for wanting to exchange pants for a different size. If this lady is not interested in working retail, please find someone who better fits the position.
This is a real-time review and I must say that the older lady Ms. Linda is very helpful to me as well as the other women in the store. She offered to provide me with different sizes if needed. She also offered bra sizing but I declined because I had it done before. She's really a nice lady. I'm glad I didnt run into the supervisor everyone else was talking about
Staff are professional and amazing.
This place is decent where its at. Doesn't keep much as far as higher sizes best to order online. Employees were very friendly
I am not sure if she is the manager, but there is a very rude woman who works here. I left clothes that I was trying on in the dressing room while I continued to shop for one more thing. She announced very loudly to the whole store "I guess your girl just left" I turned around and said I am right here. And I heard another staff member mumble something under breath like she is also disgusted with her behavior. The woman did apologize to me, but I thought it was incredibly rude. All the other ladies who work there are awesome... that's why I gave 3 stars, but this lady really weighs them down.
