Did not have some items in stock. We were told after looking for items that if registry said something about see associate that those items had to be ordered on internet. Very frustrating!!
I went here today w/my three children ages kindergarten and under. We enjoyed ourselves and I got what i bargained for
I usually go to this Babies R Us before I go anywhere else when I need stuff for my baby. The staff is almost always super friendly and helpful. But after my visit on Sunday, that may no longer be the case. The young woman at the service desk had to be the most rude and inappropriate person I've encountered in retail. She didn't want to help me ( I know this bc she said so), she snapped at me several times when I asked her questions and then threw my receipt at me. All that and what I really went there for, the wipes that were on sale, were ALL out of stock so I still didn't get what I needed. I don't know that I'll shop in this store again if I can help it. So sad.
Don't waste your time,orders were all wrong or just not orderd.After they did get it right,they deliverd it for us.2 non speaking English sweatpant wearing morons deliver,refuse to take the boxes from everything then give me a dirty look because I don't tip them. Here's a tip,go take an English course.You would think "Babies" in the name they would care more...
This store has one manager over there that comes off being very rude and disrespectful she has no customer service skills and she gives off the kind of negative attitudes that makes it seems she doesn’t want to be there and for that I’ll take my business to buy buy baby at least they have staff that are customer friendly and Actually like helping there clients out
