They where not helpful at all I fill like they gave me the run around as too who I need ed to speak too I don’t thing I will shopping here anymore if this the type of service they give I lost my recite so when I spoke to someone they said call the store where u got the item from called the store for over 2 weeks know one ever picked up the phone so I then email the they ask for my number but know one never got in touch with me I’m not happy wit the way thing where handled wit my issu .

Always shop at this location of Forever 21's on the East Coast when I visit but over the weekend had a great experience with a cashier, David - who helped with find a the plus section and rang me up with great customer service. Promotion needs to be in order for him :)
