If you see a woman in there with green hair, beware. She's incredibly rude, impatient, and has no knowledge of how high end retail works. When I went to get additional sizes for my friend, she yelled at me, "You can't do that! I've seen you do this every time you're in here and you can't do that! There are other people waiting!" At other high-end stories (and other Hot Topic locations, I might add) bringing additional sizes is part of the retail experience. I've worked retail before and I always brought additional sizes and/or products to customers in fitting rooms.
It's has a lot of stuff I am looking for like band merch.

So i ordered online and sent my order to this location. First of all my order was paid for everything was in stock. Then once shipped i was told items are now not instock. Well thanks for notifying me all late and wrong. Then when my package finally arrive guess what? The lady grabbed my bag with my name on it and it was someone elses package with their reciept inside. Now not only am i not getting my gifts for christmas i am now showing up with no gifts. In top of it i called customer service to get the issue solved. The person stats they werent sure what happened and said they were sorry. When trying to order my things that were in stock at the time now no longer are so here i go again. They said they will overnight what was left still in stock but wont get it xmas and refunded me 15 dollars. From this whole experience i will not order online ever again. I have never had this issue anywhere before with ordering online or in store pick up.
