Customer Was On Point...Went At The Right Time...No Wait Time On Line. Store Was Clean And Prices Were Reasonable.
I had a terrible experience at the university plaza store this morning. The manager said they couldn't accept my return, a comforter because it was used. The comforter was still in its original package plus bedsheets and all. She even said the thing is only 16 dollars (was actually 17.99). Threatened to call the police too. I was upset and left the comforter with them and no refund. The store needs to improve their customer service and not talk down customers.

This place was dirty with trash scattered around the store with a 1 hour and 30 min line! That's all without mentioning the disorganized mess that is the counters, are shoes hung with the shirts. The Burlington COAT FACTORY doesn't even sell coats. Oh, and there is a smashed snapped bottle in the floor. If I were you I would try to avoid this god awful place as much as possible. I've seen allies better than this!
They had good deals and the brands are good too. The customer service was also pretty good as well.
