Great quality selection and service
I was treated like a queen by saleswoman Melody. Then my husband and I ate at the Grille in the store and were both treated like celebrities. We were so impressed with the staff and their aim to please. What a refreshing experience in this day and age!
There was the sweetest Muslim cleaning lady who helped me so much and was so patient and kind to me. I seen her a few times afterwards and she always spoke and kept a smile on her face.
They have a huge collection of designer wears at amazing prices

Bad service - visited today to check out formal shoes in soft sole. The sales person was kind of clueless "I am not sure what a soft sole is and if we have it."
