I've been a customer for over 10 years. Ups/usps lost my package before I received it and Gymboree would not refund my money. I contacted customer service and they said it's their policy that if a package is lost you need to file a complaint with your credit card company and they can work with the corporate office to get your money back! This is awful to push onto your customers. I won't be buying from Gymboree any more and plan on warning others. Stay away!
