There is no signage from the road so when a weary traveler is arriving late at night the added frustration of Driving back-and-forth Gets everything off to a sour start
Whomever thought it was a good idea for groundsmen to mow the lawns at 8AM on a Saturday neefs to be reprimanded. With its gatden apartment style buildings, this place just was not what I expected.
I love the Marriott brand. My family was in Newark, DE for my son and daughter-in-law's baby shower and chose this location in a 2bd suite. We loved it. The breakfast buffet was superb. The presentation was great and the food area was so clean. Will definitely stay here again.
Not bad at all! It looks like an apartment complex, but it feels like any other hotel. They have a free all-you-can-eat breakfast, fitness center, and sports court. Customer service was 10/10. Downside was that it was 40 minutes away from the Philadelphia International Airport.
that pulled out into bed and then a king size bed and an open kitchen. the kitchen featured full appliances which I did appreciate. It was definitely clean.
The staff is the sole resson I would consider returning to This establishment
additionally I booked this while it was a Marriott and and received no notice or information about the property transitioning between the time I made my reservation and when I read arrived to stay.
The Room is supposed to be a suite which in my understanding indicated a separate sleeping area instead we got one giant space with a couch
The room is pretty nice. The beds/living room/kitchen are all pretty much one room though. It would be nice to have two separate rooms so the parents and kids don't all have to go to bed and wake up at the same time. The breakfast is okay, but not great. The cleaning staff does a good job, and the main office/check in area is nice.
We just love this Marriott! The breakfast and coffee bar selections are phenomenal. Pool is clean and airy. Rooms are. Huge. Nice landscaping. Staff is super friendly. Location is convenient, yet kinda tucked away and seemingly safe. Can't say enough good about the RI Wilmington! (And the coffee bar...I MEAN...awesome!)
