Awesome breakfast. Great people. Amazing experience.
Nice sized room... Comfortable bedding... Shower water was cold. Informed front desk after our first night... No remedy... No offer to change rooms... Mentioned again at check out, apologized but that was all. We were not 100% satisfied as advertised. Also breakfast was good except for the powdered eggs.
The staff is always welcoming and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again!
This hotel is a good place to stay for business travel. The rooms have a refrigerator, the service is quick, and the location is convenient. You can walk to multiple eating options, the mall is close by, and downtown Wilmington is a short drive even with some traffic. Parking is easy and free.
If you're passing through, I highly doubt you'll be disappointed. And if the hotel management reads this, they need to know that they have a rock star in Kyle. Dude knows how to make sure the guests and families are well taken care of!!
Checked in late to this hotel while headed north and was pleasantly surprised at the level of service that was provided. I always stay at Hilton branded hotels but this place was fantastic! Kyle took my call and made the reservation and then met me when I checked in. Knowing i was traveling with kiddos, he put me in a suite and basically made sure the kids had everything they needed. (And made sure I got a bottle opener too! Haha). Room and all facilities were clean, spacious and cool for a hot summer day!
