Forget breakfast you might get coffee, you want anything else get there at the start. They don't replenish, they let it run out, what they put out is it. If you have a PET they put you on first floor the most run down rooms they have.
Had worse rooms, they didn't have ADA room with 2 queens only 1 king bed, so I took the non ADA 2 queen beds I was suppose get handicap bench in shower, didn't happen. They could have grabbed one out of an empty handicap rooms. Hotel was 90% empty, now I know why. Dirty run down bathroom, shower moldy, no utensils in kitchen. A/C don't work, phone don't work, they charge extra $10.00 a day for house keeping. $25.00 a day for pet.

Stayed at Extended Stay America for an overnight and not much satisfied. Rooms are ok, not very spacious. Beds can be more comfortable. In room, small kitchen type area with hot plate, fridge etc is made available. Toilets are ok with good option for both hot and cold water. It took long to get room warmer as air conditioning provided in the room take time. Breakfast is complimentary but practically, it doesn’t offer anything to eat accept coffee. One cannot find any hotel officer deputed at the time of breakfast. Amazed to see only few staffers managing the entire hotel. Parking area is very spacious. WiFi is complimentary but it’s bandwidth is an issue, for bets Wifi, one has to buy a package. Room rate per night is around US $ 70.
It is mid range hotel, with kitchen facility in the room itself. It charges around 70-80$ for a night stay.
