If all you looking for is a decent place to stay thats all you will get here. The rooms look nothing like whats on the website. No shuttles to the Casino or Shopping.
Did anyone else notice the apologies by the management. You you seen any changes, no, reviews are still bad stating the same issues. Actions speak louder than words.
Showers are terrible. Bathroom had ceiling and tile issues from water damage. Continental breakfast was uneventful. Clean rooms and nice staff.
Unfortunately my fiance's company put him in this place last night, 11/7/17 and I read the horrible reviews before he went and informed him. Thankfully he had a heads up, but I will confirm, do not stay here. Marriott and Hilton are right across the street and if it was his choice that's where he would've been. They put him on the 3rd floor. The elevator was broken, it smelled awful, the bed was hard and just the covers were lumpy. The refrigerator also ran all night, but I told him it was probably good to have some kind of white noise to distract from God only knows what else. No bugs reported thus far, he still needs to unpack, but none were visibly seen while staying. And the blackout curtains had more gaps in them and the street light shone in his eyes while trying to sleep. The staff did not ask him about his stay during checkout. He thinks they already knew better than to ask... Definitely will NOT stay here again.
Zero stars. Only good thing about this place is the women at the front desk. They are very polite and pleasant.
The fact that Radisson (club Carlson) is affiliated with this property is disgusting. I would recommend any club Carlson member run. The fact they’d let business professionals stay here or anyone for that matter is disturbing. Taped together wires to fix a lamp, really.. horrible. It’s all ok though because soon I’m betting they will be fined and shut down. The city of New Castle Property Management (local Government) has seen the images and notified me that there are code violations and they are investigating. So, guess it will get fixed one way or another.
Friendly staff and easily accessible location with a nice sized parking area. Free breakfast for guests however no room service provided in the hotel. Multiple restaurants and bars within walking distance or a short drive. Comfortable bed and sheets, everything in the room was clean and neat when we arrived. Large bathroom and shower/tub combo
