Nice big function hall that could accommodate 50 to 100 people and another small hall. A separate bar that is accessible from both the halls. Easily accessible rest rooms. Comfortable place in overall.
It's definitely a 2 star hotel in terms of the hotel condition. I thought Ramada was a better hotel than say, a Super 8, but not this one. The one shining star was the service, as the staff was friendly and accommodating. There's a restaurant, the Olive Grill, attached to it so you don't have to go outside for food. The breakfast is hot and not bad either. So why the one star? As I was leaving the 2 star hotel I was greeted by a roach on the way out of my room. Unless this place gets a makeover or exterminator, it's a one star hotel.
Rooms are comforting, minor flaws, but still great. Friendly front desk staff. Especially Aliza, Candace, and Regina. They are great front desk agents. I rated a four because during one of my stays, I had to change rooms 3 times due to heat not working in one, then the next room was not cleaned by housekeeping.
Clean. Accommodating. And a friendly restaurant on site that's not a chain. A worthy pit stop.
The Staff that worked from 11/30/17-12/02/17 were very friendly and helpful. The place was clean and free breakfast was very good. The only thing I would change is I would get a first floor room. It was very hard bringing up our luggage with no elevator. Would definitely recommend or stay again. Great price for the room.
