The staff at check in was great. I had 1 issue that needs addressing and that is the water. Okay, the pipe burst & I was advised it would be fixed 20 min- 1hr after I got there. The next morning still no water. I had to sponge wash with the bottle water in the room. Not happy about that. I also was advised my room would be on hold if I decided to extend my stay which before I knew the water issue wasn’t advised, I called down only to be told they would need to move my room. I was not happy. I ended up checking out & checked into another hotel up the road. I need someone to contact me in regards to the issue at hand.
Total Lack of Management- This was my 5th stay in the last year at this hotel. It will be my last. It has gone downhill considerably. There is an overall lack of service everywhere. This week I arrived to the elevators out of service for 3 DAYS! My husband ordered food from the overpriced restaurant and their credit card machine was not working. Then he realized the food had been microwaved. There are no pens or paper in the rooms. The tissue and toilet paper is so poor quality it is like cardboard. Who is running this place? They hotel staff seem very inexperienced and CHEAP. Cannot believe Sheraton would put their name on this hotel. I wish I could recommend a better hotel in the area, but many of them are just as bad.
The bar downstairs was already closed at 10 pm, that was the only downfall of staying here. The front desk people are so courteous and sweet.
This is my second stay here. The lady that checked me in remembered me and my preferences from a year ago. Then she upgraded my room. Best service! Great bar area too. I'll be back.
We are currently.staying at the four point hotel for our anniversary getaway. Could not wait for the last day to rate the four point. The staff is absolutely nice. Ms. D who works at the restaurant downstairs is a doll! She helped us find places to eat. The entire staff knew it was our anniversary and they were kind enough to send us a platter with pastries and chocolate covered strawberries. The hotel itself is modern and very clean. Wish they had a pool but our jacuzzi room was just perfect! Hope my review helps! You will not be disappointed
