Worst service and rude staff ever seen.i lived in this community for one year 28 number building and apartment number 8.

Such an awful place to live.

I have managed to live here in Spring Crossing formally knows as Autumn Park for two year which I couldn't take it any longer. My brother I myself moved in on September 2015. It was a haste movement we made so we could not take our time to even do a proper check before moving in. There were a lot of hiccups since moving into the apartment. Less than three months we started experiencing a whole lot of issues, one issue to another. No maintenance response, when you sent a complaint to the office, all that there tell you is that, "ooh we are putting in a work order right away and someone will come and look at it". soon after living that office, the paper that your complaint was written on is throw away somewhere and no one will show up. When you do a follow up to the office there customer service agent will ask you the same questions again, like " what did you say was wrong in your apartment? So annoying. Nothing seems to be recorded in that office. This was after our shower didn't work properly, the master bathroom ceiling seemed to be leaking, the pipe below our kitchen sink was leaking, the balcony doors almost fell after a small wind blow on winter time in February 2016. Till we finally moved out in 2017 October 20th, NOTHING is done to that balcony door, you can just imagine how terrible this was. No body seem to care. Before we move in an option was given whether we will like to pay $200 and loose it after our moving out or pay a security deposit of $ 1000 same as the rent and get everything back upon our moving out. We choose to pay the security deposit since we both KNOW for sure that we are not going to damage anything because we are adult, no kids and can keep the place as clean as possible. My biggest problem here now is my security deposit. It isn't like we are owning for them to say that was the reason why there are holding onto our money. I will boldly say here that, we are one of the best tenant ever they lost. Why do I say that, it because, we always pay our rent on time, never defaulted of payment ever since we lived there. we were not owning them nothing. We moved out in October 20th 2017. today as I am writing this review is January 2, 2018. that is two months, three weeks today after our moving out and still not refunded me my security deposit. I did a follow up to their office and was told the approval has to come form the main office that is (New Jersey). A Tel. number was given to me to call Jersey direct. I stated calling that number since December 20th and nobody seem to answer my calls. always the line is busy attending to another customer said the voice massage and not even a call back when you leave a voice massage. Hahaha this is a terrible service ever I have experience. I am now tired of them so I have decided to report the matter to the Property Maintenance Enforcement. Will never recommend Spring crossing to any family of mine EVER.
