James at the Christiana Mall Zales is absolutely amazing. His personality , memory and bed side manor are just out of this world. He made me feel extremely comfortable with everything and I was a little over the top due to I just got engaged and I was not giving my engagement ring up to be shipped out but he assured me we wouldn't have to and sure enough he kept true to his word and gave excellent customer service. My fiance and I even returned following day to make additional purchase only because James was going to be there and he went over and beyond for us throughout all our experiences at Zales. Thank you James . We will continue to return to Zales as long as we have our #1 customer service rep. there :)
I did my online research. I had everything planned out. When I walked into the store, That all fell apart. Thankfully, Brandon was there to help me out. He saw that I was stressed and out of my element. He went above and beyond to talk with me and find the perfect item. He could have easily have helped 3 or 4 customers in the time it took to help me, but he devoted his attention to helping me instead of racking up more sales. That, to me, makes me want to give them more business.
