The short amount of time spent driving 30 minutes south paid its dividends and then some.

This family run business lived up to their reputation and provided me with everything I could have ever asked for throughout this process. I will absolutely be returning to Janvier in the future and I personally thank both Mark, and Ed, for their time.
They took the time to educate me about my options and the many facets of purchasing a diamond. Once I came to a conclusion as to what made the most sense for me, personally, they provided me with a range of stones to choose from. What I liked most is that they allowed me to make my decisions without being pressured at all, while keeping things in perspective, as any expert in their field should.
Such a great experience shopping for wedding rings here! Ron was extremely friendly and patient.. he listened to exactly what I wanted and did not try to push anything on us that we were not interested in. He had us laughing the entire time. We were told our rings would be in in 7-10 days and we had them in 3.. mine did not fit when it came in and was resized and back to me in 2 days. I did not get the man's name who did the sizing of the rings but he was also a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be back for any future jewelry needs!
I had a great experience with janvier jewelers especially with Ron. He was absolutely excellent. I highly recommend using him. He was thorough, thoughtful, funny, & engaging (no pun intended). He worked with me to find the perfect ring for my now fiancé and she is absolutely in love with it and compliments me on it everyday. Great job done by Ron & the team at Janvier Jewelers!! I will be back for anything else I ever need!
My family has always been impressed by Janvier's customer service. They took the time to go over what I was looking for and go through all the available options in detail. I was able to find what I was looking for at a very reasonable price, well worth the 2 hour drive!
I have gone here multiple times for purchases and can't suggest them enough. Despite being in the mall, their prices are fair and their staff is informative. Their jeweler is talented and I worked with Ron this last time and he was so patient. I used to live 15 mins away now I'm about an hour and still make the drive.
