Refused to sell and install a $60 battery in my $800 watch. Claiming they were far to busy ringing out the one customer in the store to take 5 min to replace the battery.. I guess the commission posted in 5 min would have been great, because everyone makes a expensive decision in five minutes.

Great Job Invicta. I have 4 of your watches already, but I won't be purchasing another.

Prices are absurdly high. I came in Dec 3rd to pick up a gift, and even with the sale price, you end up paying $80 more than what you can find it for online, which is fine, I needed a gift quickly, but be aware, the prices are inflated here by a wide margin.

I bought 2 watches. immediately realized I made a hasty decision. went back to return them. they were even in plastic cover packaged all around. exactly same way they were bought. they refused to give money back. only store credit/exchange. one girl told me to come back 3 days later when manager is back as she felt manager may consider. When I went back later, a rude asst manager didnt want to listen and refused totally before even checking with manager. Then I insisted, she went in and came back to say "NO". such horrible service. That was my first buy and will be my last in Invicta. They dont have confident on their own products. Shame on you.

The Invicta store has horrible customer service and the prices are significantly more then online. Their employees are racist and judgemental. Just because I might not look like I fit the criteria of having money they refused to help me, after asking for help 3 times and being ignored or told to hold on a minute after waiting 30 minutes already the gentleman proceeded to help a customer who just walked in all decked out in nice jewelry. The tall skinny white guy and the heavy set black guy should be fired. With that being said I proceeded to the Invicta kiosk in the middle of the mall. I got great customer service from a women named Amanda and where I didn't just buy 1 watch, I BOUGHT 3. So judge that Invicta store employees.

Furthermore customer service is terrible. One of the watches I purchased was a wind-up mechanical and I didn't know that it didn't work until I got home because who verifies whether a new watch from the manufaturer's store works or not, you trust the store, especially on a mechanical, which will most likely come without being wound as it's been sitting on a shelf for months. I come in less than 24 hours later to do a return the faulty equipment only to find out no returns, great, can I exchange the watch? Nope, because it's broken. But they sold it to me that way? No way to verify that. I can only send it in for repairs with a 90 day turn around time.

I recommend going to the stand over the store, no they don't have all the same watches but as far as customer service goes the stand is SO much better!!

Jokes on you. We went back to the Invicta stand and left with 3 watches. The girls there gave EXCELLENT 1-on-1 customer service especially Amanda who helped us. She stayed with us the whole time, answered every question, let us view and compare, and not once was impatient or rude. Definitely made our first time purchase nice and easy.

If I could give this location ZERO stars I would!! The 3 employees were extremely rude! Obviously you need staff to open the cases just to even find a price (DISPLAY THE PRICE IF IT'S LOCKED IN A CASE, DUH) and when you're on a budget yeah you're gonna be picky and ask questions. DONT WORK THERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO DO YOUR JOB. But the f***ed up thing was we were judged the second we walked in. Not once did anyone approach us asking if we wanted to view anything. CLEARLY we werent the clientele worth helping. When we did ask the price on TWO watches Big Black looking dude answered us and went back to what he was doing. After a few minutes of browsing we found one we liked, waited, and waited, and finally asked for help and was told to hold on while he helped the customer that just walked in AFTER WE WERE STANDING THERE ALREADY FOR 20 MINUTES WAITING FOR ASSISTANCE!!! I was disgusted by how we were treated. They all knew we were trying to purchase and they all looked at us and ignored us til we finally left.
