Great staff, very caring and considerate. They even called the day after my dogs spay to check on her. Georgie loves the staff and was very well cared for.
They have an awesome pet support once a month on Wednesdays. It was a major help to me and my family. Everyone was so friendly.
I had the pleasure of meeting and having top veterinarians care for my 4 legged family members for over 20 years. The care of all the wonderful men and women on staff always put my mind at ease during difficult times and healthy times. I recommend the team very highly.
Amazing staff! We Unfortunatley had to put our beloved Dog down. Everyone there was so welcoming, comforting and accommodating in every way. I have nothing but good things to say about this VCA.
We had to take my 11 year old rottie in to be put down and called our previous vet who couldn't fit us in until Friday (it was currently wednesday at the time). I called 8 more vets in the area that even after hearing the situation told me "we aren't taking new clients except by referral". Finally I called kirkwood animal hospital and they scheduled me in immediately. Not only did they squeeze us in but they were extremely respectful of the difficulty of what we had to do, gave us all the time we needed, never rushed us, and were so sweet to my dog. The compassion they showed is worth more than 5 stars. If/when we have another pet that is absolutely where we will be going for his care. Thank you all for your support during such a difficult time! It was appreciated more that you know!
