The most ignorant people I've ever spoke to at my life at the front desk. This is unacceptable for a clinic you're supposed to be trusting for the life of your dog. I wouldn't trust this place with a grain of salt!!!
Never had a bad experience here. Front desk staff is always professional and friendly. Dr King is amazing, extremely knowledgeable and clearly has and deep love for animals.
My girlfriend deals with New London for Work and has always talked if pleasant experiences. So we decided to bring our dogs there and have had the best service imaginable. They care for our “children” as if they were their own! Even when taking our dogs in for a procedure they call to update on how they are doing throughout the day :) I would certainly recommend them to anyone who asks.
I've used many different vets over the years but New London is hands down the best. Great service. Great people (especially Dr. King). Very reasonably priced. In the past 12 years or so I've used them for five dogs, and I've never once had something to complain about.
