I really like the 2 Vets from In Home. They are really personable and now their craft. They quickly diagnosed a thyroid and kidney issue with my cat and got her on the right meds quickly. She has already gained back half of the weight she lost and is now at a much lower risk of heart attack. They have always been on time to my appointments and often call and offer to come early. I really like how you can just pick up medication easily without an appointment.
We recently had to put down our 16 1/2 year old dog. Dr. Flanagan was professional and compassionate throughout this difficult experience and I would recommend him to anyone needing home vet care. When we eventually get another dog, we will likely use In Home Vet care for all our vet needs.
I am so happy that I called them!!!!! We recently moved back to the area and our old vet is about 45 minutes away. I haven't had a chance to find a new vet and my older dog hurt her leg over the weekend and couldn't walk on it. She is older and not in the best of health and also has had a bad skin problem her whole life, lust, she is a big girl. I spent quite a bit of time online and making calls when I came across In Home's web site. They had better reviews than most of the other vets in the area and in my situation, an in-home visit was great. Both doctors were able to come and were at my house within an hour. They were very informative, so nice, and I couldn't be happier with the care they gave both of my dogs... They were able to check my other dog and give him all his vaccinations while they were here. They are wonderful! I was able to have both of my dogs examined, treated, and got all of their meds for less than it would have cost me to take one dog in to a vet hospital. In Home will be the only vet i will be using. I cannot recommend them enough- I am so happy. I found them!
The BEST! Simply said the Doctors Flanagan are the BEST!!! Caring, compassionate, and responsive. Extremely happy I found Doctor Karli and Doctor Bob. I couldn't imagine ever using another veterinary practice.
Lucky for the ones who get quick responses from this Vet Service. Only one time did I get answered quickly when my dog had bladder stones, Dr. Bob did a great job removing them only to be told by Dr. Karli if it was her she wouldn't have done this type of surgery that raised a red flag in my mind.Seems after this stone removal any more text messages to them took a long time for responding. I asked several folks if this is how they do people. I was told to give them a chance they will answer you but sometimes not until later in the day or the next day, I don't call that fast and efficient. All my Vets answered me quickly. The last draw was a week or so ago, my little dog had a terrible breathing issue at 1:30 in the morning. I knew these two didn't do night calls but I thought if they are my Primary Vets I would let them know what's happening and took her to animal ER. I was told she may have a kidney stone lodged in her urethra and that could block her urine. That there were only 2 places to remove it if that's the case. I was sent home with her x-ray and meds and was told to follow up with the Flanagan's who I assumed were my Vets. I left a message at 5 am about my dog I was frantic about her, in fact I couldn't sleep worrying and waiting for this Drs. response on what to do next. My message was read at around 8 and neither Dr. thought it was that important to answer me then. I was very angry with them, I was told that they don't do night calls and that's what overnight Animal hospitals are for that they had many other pet appts this day and couldn't answer my message then that I would have been answered later that day. Because I was impatient the Dr. said I would no longer hear from them and hope I can find a Vet who meets my needs. I thought these two were the right Veterinarians evidently they were not and I did find Veterinarian thank God, who offered to see my dog ASAP and look at her xrays and urinalysis. In fact he examined my little dog and second dog free of charge and I was amazed he called the next day and the day after that to see how she was. How many Veterinarians do that? My dog is going to be alright thanks to our new Veterinarian who calmed my worries, that I am now very happy with said he will do all he can to.keep her and the other pet healthy. I will not deal with this uncaring, uncommunicative In Home Vet service again. My dog could have died and they could care less what happened to her, my pets are just as important to me as are other pets, so I will not recommend this Veterinary Services they are not dependable when they are needed nor do they leave a secondary Vet if they are not available they just leave you hanging. Their fees were $$$$ and I paid every dime to have good service from them for my dogs. Sadly it wasn't the case with me. My pets are now in good hands.
