I do not recommend! If you're seeking survival , way your options! The Doctors in PA are more loving in caring! My Mom was going here before she passed away on May 31,2016! They know they messed up because they took her off of chemo for five months! The Dr was planning and pushing more for my Mom to be comfortable with passing away instead of actually helping her! My Moms last visit before going to Fox Chase was in April her with Dr. Wil(that's all I'll say) my Mom and I were asking her questions and she had the nerve to tell us we were asking to many questions for the 15min time slot she's gives to each customer! Insensitive! She killed my Mother and we didn't have these problems until we came back to Delaware! If you want to live! Why put your options because Fox Chase told us, they wish we came sooner!!!!
This place is not for "US" us meaning African American! The worst place I ever witness through my Moms fight and I regret moving back to Delaware
I had an x-ray, diagnosed and treated within 10 days. Although it was a quick turnaround, I was never left with any questions. I was kept in the loop the entire time. Called on 2 different days, 3 different times, for Radiation Oncology, and the phone rang for over 20 times....unacceptable!
Being sandwiched in between the cities of Philly & Baltimore, I struggled with the decision to go to Penn or Hopkins. However, my level of care was a deciding factor. I have never once regretted going to the Helen Graham Cancer center. From the first appointment to my last day of treatment, I was so glad I chose that facility. They helped save my life and cared for every aspect of my treatment from spiritual, to physical, to mental and even cared for my family's needs as well. Highly recommend this center and all doctors/nurse staff.
