My boyfriend went to see Lauren Foy today and she was not very good at all. She did not help him in the least. She saw his history and already judged him and wouldn’t even talk to him about the best course of action to keep him healthy. Instead she pawned him off to some other doctor. She tested his reflexes with just her stethoscope and jammed it into his knee. He left with his knee hurting. She was condescending and seemed like she didn’t even care. I would not recommend anyone to go see her at all. We will be taking our services elsewhere.
I have never had an issue going here in 6 years besides not being able to see the actual physician very often, but the PA is great as well.
Very nice environment and technicians are very personable.
They never answer the phone. I have been a patient for several years now and am going to try to find another PCP. You basically have to communicate with them via email in their patient portal because they never answer the phone and their voicemail box is full. I also have had to wait months for just a physical. And then when I went, they didn't even do blood work!
