Went to the Glasgow location. Receptionist, nurse, and doctor were all very nice and patient with my resistant 3 yr old. Saved our spot online. The wait was short. We would definitely revisit if we need care again.
Very friendly and professional doctor and staff! We are from out of town and even though our 2-year old was sick they put him, and us, at ease. He was all smiles when we left! We didn't have to wait to be seen, they called in our prescription so it was ready for us soon after we arrived at the nearby pharmacy, and they billed our insurance. We tried going to another urgent care down the road that said we'd have to pay $175 to be seen. Thank you guys! We are back on the road enjoying the rest of our vacation!
Professional staff, wait time was reasonable, and the Nurse Practitioner who saw me was very energetic and friendly. All staff members told me to get better soon, too!
Waited in waiting room for a hour and in the room for 45 minutes. Nurse practitioner was slightly rude in questioning my reason for coming. Staff member took me to the trioge to take vitals, told me she would be right back and then heard her taking orders for Starbucks. I will not be using this branch again.
