Although they where 1.5 hours late for the appointment time I told them I need the car done by a specific time and they accommodated the request. The car looks fantastic and they did everything they promised they would do. The convenience of them doing the detail while I worked is worth the little extra you price. I think their pricing is fair considering the convince factor but the work is top notch. Thanks
My husband scheduled a 1:30 Saturday appointment for both of our cars. So we didn't make plans to go anywhere and cleared my car and his pickup out, including child car seats (which is always a major pain to re-install)! We got a phone call at 1:25 from the guy that was supposed to come to our house saying he had a lot of pet hair at the 10:00 appointment, so he was going to be a little late, but promised to be there starting work on my husband's truck no later than 2:30! My husband needed his pickup by 6:00 and I made sure he knew that fact before I hung up. Husband received an email invoice for the work that had not been done. Never heard from the guy after that to let us know he wasn't coming. He never showed!!! I wrote an email to the company the next day to tell them how bad their service was. I was looped in on a company email about how somebody's phone screen was cracked and he couldn't call anyone. We never received an apology for the inconvenience, no offer for a discounted service, or further excuse or explanation for the poor service! I am thoroughly unimpressed with this company!!! Would never recommend them or use them myself!!!!
The service was excellent, the detailer was very nice, very fast service and all together got the major stains. Highly recommended
