We have always had great experience at Dempsey's. We live close so they are convenient, but they always make an extra effort to be helpful. Yesterday the oil cap on my daughter's car would not come off, even after quite a bit of persuasion. Dempsey's not only removed it, but ordered another and had it delivered within 20 minutes. I just called to see if they could look at the same car for different reasons tomorrow. They are fitting us in.
