Brought my TV in for repair. These guys saved me a ton of money. I was able to keep my same set instead of having to purchase a new TV. They came right to my house and diagnosed it, ordered the parts on site. Then came back out to install. Definitely pleased.
Terrible! I got my iPhone screen replaced from here because I saw a Groupon online for this store. I should have known that it would be a scam. First of all they gave me a black screen when I had a gold iPhone with a white screen. A week after I got my screen replaced the picture displayed was not clear and was distorted. The could not see pictures clearly and the I called them after my screen was replaced and asked to get a white screen. I called them multiple times and they would give me different days to come in and when I would call the day off they would not pick up the phone and would give me the run around. I've left countless voicemails and when I finally stopped by the store they were shut down! These people did not install my screen properly and they are scammers.They will give you the run around! Don't bother wasting your money here when you'll have to spend money elsewhere to get it fixed!!
That is not the case here.
Oftentimes people try to get over on you with additional costs or unrealistic completion expectations.
I am not sure of the negative reviews, but I have had nothing but stellar service at TCB.
What you see is what you see is what you get, and it is great!
Sonny is a genius. Everytime I need a repair or update he is always fast and the work is outstanding. I can only think of one time that service took longer than 48 hours and that was only because they stay busy with out calls and other larger jobs. Being busy is a sign that the service is great and should not be a detriment.

Fixed my TV for me. We had no picture but sound. These guys knew exactly what the problem was and had me back up and running pretty quickly. Would definitely recommend.
