This is a small shop. Understaffed. The clerk did not really want to take the time to help us with our xBox 360 problem. His excuse: "I have a line (of other customers)". Basically told us to buzz off and come back later.
Fair prices and helpful staff, wish i can make business with them later on.
Usually nice people, they probably have what you're looking for or can get it if it's not currently in the store. Can be crowded at times and certainly high on the retail pricing.
Don't much care for video games. Unfortunately, my son loves them and since he's doing good in school, we indulge him. Went there twice this Christmas and I have to hand it to them, they got people in and out much quicker then I remember previously. Also bought an ASUS Transformer Prime tablet from them years back, and they had the best price on preorders.
Great employee service! Recommend all locals and friends here. Stock is plentiful, too
