No doubt this is the worst of all Staples stores. Horrible management, understaffed, and undertrained, unmotivated employees -- all of which points back to the horrible management. It shouldn't take 45 minutes to drop off a prepaid UPS package and get a receipt. Managers "disappear" and both ignore customers and staff who need assistance. If you must shop at a Staples, just go to the Christiana Towne Center store. Better yet, shop at Wal-Mart or Amazon.
Great place to use a computer on the go. One concern is the computer they rent to customers should be faster.
The one store for the cashier that check me out. She was very pleasant. But the lady behind customer service called herself helping me I gave her my printer number and she gave me the wrong cartridge number to look for on my own. I looked on the box it did not have my printer name on the box so I asked her two check it, kind of got upset at the fact that I asked her to check it. She was wrong and never apologized. So I have to say they can improve on their customer service
This is a good place to fax or any other office type things that you need to do. They can be a little high on their prices on some things...but they usually have a large sale and clearance area in the back of the store where you can find some really great deals. They also have really helpful staff. I haven't always found them easy to find but once you do find them and get their attention, they are very helpful! The one other benefit to the store is you can ship things via USPS, UPS and FED EX. So you don't have to stand in line at the post office or somewhere else. You can do it all here.
Very clean very nice employees in this establishment, way better than some others here. It's my favorite Staples.
