I find there are two many people standing around doing nothing but talking on there radio. I went in asking for a DVD cleaner was told we don't sell that. I said it was on line. We talked to someone else. He said it is in home theater. Mind you no one walked with me to show me were. Got to,home theater walked around5 minuets before I found someone else to ask. The store seems to have a lot of people working there but they do not try to go out of there way to help
Not enough associates to help with customers. Employee acted as if I was bothering him. Note to Best Buy, Christmas is close need sales people to assist customers. Wanted to purchase a turntable & speaker system, that won't be happening here! There are other stores that will be happy to take my money. If you know exactly what you want & where it is, go here, if you need help go somewhere else.
I left the store then bought a smartwatch online with the best "specs" at an affordable price.
Sadly I had to spend my Christmas money as Best Buy seems not only unable to service what they sell, but their one objective seems to be gouging as much money by selling shoddy goods.
My experience with a member of the Geek squad in Christiana Delaware named Dennise was great She explained several things to me was patient and informative, kind and made suggestions. She was also dressed professionally. On the other hand dealing with the agents at the 800 customer service was horrific. I would rate Dennise a 5 star and the 800 number customer agents 0.
The only watches they carried were averaging $300. based upon what the sales person was showing me.
I never knew this place had so much! Wow! I was seriously impressed. The only issue I found is that they have a sign posted informing the public that they are hiring, yet upon my inquiry, all the manager had to say was "apply online." He wasn't very helpful or welcoming. The sales persons, however, were very helpful. I will definitely recommend Best Buy for anything electronic, any appliances, and any office equipment that you might need.
Best Buy seems to be "on the skids" Almost next to impossible to find help. Geek Squad completely useless. First smartwatch bought"died" in less than a year. Had to buy another at a higher price as Best Buy no longer sold the original watch. The second watch "died" after slightly past one year.
