Amazing customer service! I was really trying to decide whether or not I should purchase a massage chair, but every time i went in to try it out there was the same guy sitting on it for at least 10 minutes. After 3 months i got up the courage to ask a customer representative that I'd like to try it. He came up to the man and told him to leave. Either way I ended up buying the chair and I /LOVE.IT./!
I've been testing different modes on the newest massage chair occasionally (maybe once per month) for the past 3 months to really decide if I wanted it or not. While testing it today the guy with the long beard walked up and sarcastically told me to get out of the chair for using it too long (1 mode - 15 min). Now they're beat on the business. Make sure your staff is more accommodating when a customer is trying to make their mind up to purchase a $4000 item.
