Awesome Customer service
Went in and got a vaprizor last week and the guy was very helpful. The vaporizer broke, I went to see about getting a different one last night, and the guy was so lazy. Didn't want to help me find one and wouldn't look through them. When I mentioned I was there a week earlier, he was just like, this is all we have, and wouldn't help me at all. I'd say the stuffs cool, be careful of the staff, depends on if your feeling lucky honestly.
I though Farouk was cool when we were young kids and he would sell us cigarettes no questions asked. But now as an adult. I see he is a selfish prick. I came into his store and showed him a product that he sells a lot of. He liked it he said. He places an order with me for 100 of them. I asked him 3 times that day "Are you absolutely sure you want these because I don't just have an extra 6 or $700 to spend on these if you don't definitely want them?" He answered all three times "Yes for sure my friend for sure". So I place the order. Prior to them shipping the items I found out that just the shipping and handling would be $250 which was non refundable. So I went into the store three times to make sure he wasn't going to back out. His employees would jerk me around. They wouldn't call him. They wouldn't give me his number. But they would take my info and write down what I said. They all knew it was going to screw me over $250 if I had to return the items. The three times I came in I said just let me know if he doesn't want them because I can camel the order before the ship and it won't cost me. He did not cancel. Now he is hiding from me. I left sample items in there I can't get back now. They are all assholes. Do not shop there. If this was you he would screw you over too.
