I bought a pair of New Balance on 9/15/08. I paid $139.99 for them and I do not even wear them anymore. The so-called professional told me I needed a larger size and talked me into getting one size larger. He said it would "take some getting used to". So, after wearing them for a couple of months, and not "getting used to them", I have to rely on my old shoes. I have been wearing New Balance since 1994 and am so disappointed!
My husband and I have bought our shoes and socks here for the last few years and have always been happy with the products and the service! The staff here is fantastic! They always take the time to measure our feet and recommend the appropriate shoe based on what type of walking, running, etc we do. I highly recommend this store!
