Refusing to answer the phone. Someone finally picks up and then after hearing voices, they hang up. This is how a business loses customers.
Horrible customer service horrible customer skills, lack of knowledge teenagers, and extremely deaf I guess, I called the store twice asking for a specific pair of sneakers, TWICE!!! Both times they say yes we have them in that size here, I drive on my lunch to the foot locker and ask for the sneakers and there all clueless of what I'm asking for and then they tell me they don't carry that sneaker there. Big waste of my time, I recommend no one shop at this store, a bunch of uneducated lazy ass people working there.
