Went last night. Service was bad. Waitress got food order wrong, and it was simple. Food was served by someone other than our waitress. They said they would inform our waitress of the wrong order. Never got the right order. The waitress sat talking to her other waitress friends the whole hour we were there. Never corrected anything. Never coming back to THIS location.
Great food. Steak little over cooked. At bar tv right in front of me. Eagles on great night.
They don't even diserve 1 star. We were seated fine. Our server never came to our table so we grabbed another server. I ordered unsweetened tea and was given sweet twice. Our food came out perfect but we never got silverware or napkins. My refill was AGAIN sweet tea. The server was slow to check on us and we had to flag her down for the check! I will never come to this location! Dover is amazing, I will only visit that site!
I love eating at The Greene Turtle but I try to avoid this one. I know it's a sports bar but the dining side is too small and the bar side has tons of high top tables which don't work when you have a family out to eat. They could have switched the sides, dining where the bar is and bar where dining is, and been a much better desirable place. Plus I wouldn't wait 40 minutes for a low table when there are tons of great restaurants with in 5 minutes of this place.
My waitress never came over so another employee covered for her. He did a great job. She showed up to give me the bill. Not sure what the deal was but that is why 4 stars and not 5. Don't know if I will be back or not.
