We went here for lunch with a newborn, a toddler, and two 9 year olds. First, we were greeted genuinely and received excellent service from our server Sam. Second, the food was good for all of us. Fries especially good. And third, you cannot beat the price of 5.99$ per kid including drink, meal, side, and choice of ice cream (5 diff options).
My husband and I wanted ice cream so we decided to go here and we enjoyed it great ice cream and milk shakes
Not usually a big fan of Friendly's but we enjoyed it. Very pleasant waitresses decent food and we sat next to a nice couple with little kids who occupied me LOL
I initially told my wife I didn't want to go there but I am glad we did. We spent 40$ and fed 2 adults and 3 children (lunch and dessert!)
Poor experience. Waited 10 minutes after being seated for server to ask about beverages. When asked about availability of soup was told 'of course', but after ordering and waiting 30 minutes was told that soup had run out. Had a two year old with us and he was hungry. A customer at a neighboring table gave a pack of crackers to ride him over. When asked for contact number of district manager was given number of store. Finally was given different phone number to call. Turned out to be personal phone number of owner. All in all not a good experience.
Maybe our waitress was very new and in training but we didn't feel welcome, the food was delicious but the staff incompetence soured the experience
