Love the portions. They give you tortilla chips with salsa while you wait for your food. The waiting time for a Tuesday night was about 35 minutes, but other than that I️t was great! Usually busy & loud, i don’t mind however. Great place.
Customer Service was very poor! We went to Border's for a holiday luncheon. When food for our table came out, only four out of six received their food. Finally the Server came out and said (to the two of us that did not receive our food), "Your food will be up shortly, someone new had your food on their tray and they dropped the tray". So of course we told the others at our table to eat, we didn't want their food to get cold. Finally about fifteen minutes later, our food was delivered to our table. While we were eating our food, there was another tray of our food brought to our table! Poor communication to go with the poor service! We told the server who brought the tray that we have our food. Finally our original Server returned to our table. He never apologized in the delay in us getting our food and us not being able to eat with the rest of our group. When he brought us our check, I said, Wow, no discount for the delay with our food, he says "Ah, No I don't think so!". So guess what he received a $2.00 tip on a $50 order. We eat at Border's frequently, and we were very disappointed in the Server! Our Server was Eric B. on 12/20 @ 12:59 pm.
Amazing atmosphere! Very tasty food! The portion sizes are large, plenty enough for one person even two could share. Waiting for a table is a breeze you can sit or stand at the large bar area, the staff will take your order and bring you a side of tortilla chips and salsa for free. Great place for any day of the week to go out and enjoy a flavor packed Tex Mex meal!
An energetic casual restaurant with a good mix of TexMex and Cajun cuisines. Generous portions in both food and drink. The music is a loud for my taste thus forcing you to talk really loud to hear your company. Ergo, the ambiance feels rowdy and untamed, but the food is good. If you see the bright EAT sign, you've found the restaurant.
Oh. Em. Gee. I cannot rave enough about my experience here! Truly phenomenal. Its a little tricky to get on the right road to come in to the parking lot but nothing too challenging. I was promptly greeted upon entering and chose to sit at the bar. The bartenders were friendly and attentive to everyone. I had the Salmon San Sebastián. It was exquisite! The rice was a little spicy for my liking but I powered through because the flavor was amazing and complimented the perfectly grilled salmon well. If you’re considering this place don’t think twice about it! Take it from a picky eater you will not be disappointed!
