The rice, pinto beans, and peppers and onions in the bowl were stale. Tummy very uneasy all afternoon

Soggy salad but tostada salad was good... again very soggy at bottom. Shell was a little stale...
I asked for a little bit extra sour cream and she smothered on the whole package and then when I told her it was too much she laughed and continued to make my food. Very rude service and gross food. Will never eat at this place again. Completely disgusted with the way they treat the customers.
Food is okay, staff is incompetent.
