This place is in a convenient location, near Kirkwood Highway, Wilm., DE. I kept a storage here for 2 years. They are excellent with communication and cleanliness. They are also very cool when it comes to payment arrangements. Can't pay your bill? Just call Jon and make payment arraingements. Its that simple... They arent in a big rush to auction your stuff. I moved a 1 bedroom apartment into my storage and just finished my rental period. All my stuff is in good condition! We've had some mean weather in the last 2 years.... Thanks Jonathan's StoAway.
My unit 25A leaked. The problem seemed to be ongoing as some of my belongings were wet and covered in mold. I asked for a refund of the unit and Jonathan was very uncaring and unhelpful.
