I was able to rent a climate control unit the day I needed it. Everyone I spoke to was extremely pleasant. The facilities are clean, and there's a trolley you can use to move your stuff. I feel like my belongings are perfectly safe there. My only complaint is it's not accessible 24 hours, but honestly it's not even enough of a problem to drop it down a star.
Believe it or not, I have never enjoyed getting to know the staff of a storage facility before. Daylene and Brian have gone out of their way to make sure the process with easy, and they even called to let me know that my lock was not engaged properly and my storage unit was open! Excellent customer service!

Very clean , and I feel my items a very secure and safe. I would had given 5 stars but the price for the rental units a a tad pricey. Other than that it is a great storage.
