Kudos to Anthony for demonstrating what it means to be an excellent manager. And shame on Sears for not taking responsibility for this situation that was clearly their fault. If they had ensured their suppliers and delivery service were up to par, we would have had our fridge weeks ago. We bought a stove off the floor from Anthony before this fiasco and everything with that purchase was quick and easy.
Purchased a fridge a month ago, wasted two days at home waiting for it to be delivered and never got it because it never actually got it delivered to them. Finally accepted the floor model since our new fridge still had yet to be delivered to the store, they wrote down my last name as my street name for delivery so now I have wasted another day at home and still have not gotten my fridge. The individuals who work in this store do not deserve the constant berating they receive from customers. Sears corporate needs to get their heads out of their asses and provide this establishment with the appropriate customer support, suppliers and delivery service. When I called corporate to complain, they were 100% useless and didn't make any attempt to rectify the situation.

I was running around the shops to find some appliances that best fit my house and then I heard of this store.... Nice collection and great discounts. The employee(John J) is super friendly and very knowledgeable. He is very patient to walk me thru the collection and detail the specs and dimensions.
In summary, what I have learned is to buy from the store itself and DO NOT buy from the line of appliances that the corporate office manages.
At 1st whn we got there, there wasn't anyone arnd to help us for at least 20 min. We were told so many people called out today! I was sooo frustrated! Then we found Darius, who was extremely helpful n knowledgeable! I called later like Darius suggested, n sure enough, my range came in on the afternoon truck just like he said it would! Now...we can fix our holiday dinner!!
On my recent visit I had the BEST customer service ever!! The sales associate, John, was extremely friendly and helpful. He took the time to answer my questions and when I found an appliance I liked he made sure he applied any discounts available. There is no better deal around then the Sears Outlet. Great products, great prices, great customer service!!

We finally got our fridge today and I would like to reiterate that Sears Corporate is less than useless. The fridge is great, no problems with the appliance itself, but the corporate receptionist that I spoke to never followed up with me like I was promised and they did nothing to rectify the situation. The store manager Anthony, on the other hand, went above and beyond. Not only was he kind to me despite my anger, he communicated with me about the situation in a timely and appropriate manner and he offered us a generous (albeit deserved) discount on the appliance.
This was a tricky decision to shop at the Outlet. We've not had great Sears experiences over the years. As a matter of fact, the last time my wife shopped at this store (at night) - her tires were slashed. :-( True. So we returned, together, during the day. Thankfully - No parking lot issues. :-) Pleasantly surprised by the inventory and BLOWN away by our sales professional - Andrew. He was patient, knowledgeable and worked hard to get the price for our fridge, stove and dishwasher within our range with warranty, delivery and set up. Ask for Andrew, he earned our business.
