Always a nice experience and this Lowes is Service animal and Pet friendly so my little girl got to enjoy some black friday shopping and loving.
The prices are pretty decent, especially during sales. Some of the prices are outrageous. If you are in the market for any kind of A/V cables or LED lighting, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.
Great store if you're just stopping in for a few parts. Better prices than other hardware stores.
We all know what Lowe's is and what they offer. This one is no different. I've been to this one probably over 100 times, and on average it's been a good experience.
Not on top of their game for delivery. My 1st scheduled delivery of 6 piece appliances was canceled by Lowes without notify me. 2nd time scheduled delivery they left out one of them, only delivered 5. 3rd time scheduled delivery never came. Called them and they told me Lowes rented wrong truck so that they weren't able to deliver my stove. And they never notify me. Until I called them at end of the day
But as for this specific Lowe's, it's the best in the area. Parking is plentiful, it's really easy to get to, and the customer service is pretty good (for a hardware store).
Horrible customer service. Went to look at gas fireplace logs. No one there could answer questions. Waited a week and called. Got disconnected the first time. The second time I waited on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up.
