THE worst customer service...lack of communication...my trimmer wasn't fixed after they held onto it for 20 days.
wheels on equipment when it's so apparent they are need...
I had to call them 4 times over 2 weeks to try and figure out was going on. Judy kept telling me she would call me but never would. They lost my work ticket at one point and couldn't find it. Finally after 2 weeks I got fed up and called to ask them the status. They told me they were overwhelmed and too busy and had customers lined up at the counter. I told them I wanted my deposit back and would be in to pick up my mower. When I got there 20 minutes later they were milling about with not a customer in sight. Judy was completely complacent and rude. DO NOT GO HERE. My yard is out of control and after all the agrivation I had to take my mower somewhere else for repairs. Rude service, no communication and surprising they are still in business.
PLEASE TAKE THESE REVIEWS SERIOUSLY. I DID NOT AND PAID THE PRICE. I have used Newark Mower in the past and while the service was not stellar, I got what I needed. Recently I put my lawn tractor in for routine maintenance. 2 MONTHS LATER it was returned with more problems than I had before it went in and it is now broken AGAIN after only 2 uses. Customer service was HORRIBLE. The gentleman I spoke with was "sympathetic" but made no effort to resolve the problem in a timely manner. When asked about delay after delay the only response I got was "We had some big jobs come in and we will get to you as soon as we can." No sense of priority - I was there first - or concern for the little home owner who does not have a stable of machines to use. I wound up cutting 2 acres of land with a 20" self-propelled push mower rather than spend any more money on what was becoming a money pit from a simple service. With the latest breakdown, they said they would get someone out as soon as they could, but they already had their chances and I asked for a refund. With no sense of decency, accountability, or willingness to work with me they flatly said "We provided our service and will not refund your money."
Rip off, work-men-ship is terrible.

QUALITY OF SERVICE? On two occasions the mower was delivered, only to discover a new problem. Each time the problem was discovered while the mower was in their possession, and not as a result of my use of the mower. Each time I paid for the repair. Ultimately they found a third problem which they believed was the underlying problem, but it was something that should have been detected under routine maintenance. In other words, their lack of thoroughness resulted me in spending several hundred dollars more and waiting two months to get a mower that broke AFTER ONLY TWO USES!!!! And they wonder why I did not want to give them another chance.
If you want to wait forever and over pay and never get a response when they say they will call back then this is the place for you
Would never recommend this place!
