I have always love the way the cashiers are!. Friendly and helpful! Decent sales don't feel rushed going thru cashier lines!
My favorite grocery store! Great customer service, great selection, and quick checkout. I've never left this place dissatisfied.
I live in Newark, and have my choice of acme, shop riten and Food Lion in about the same driving distance. However I far prefer food lion. The aisles are always clean and the staff is always friendly. Also, it's the only grocery store that seems to truly care about the size of their line -- always calling employees to the register to get the line down.
Nice clean store in convenient location. Good sale prices if you look for them. Fresh deli food, meats and rolls bread. Quick and friendly check out service. Organized clean store with good layout for shopping.
Nice store, helpful employees..However, the meat section is pretty small.. NOT a huge selection.. And it seemed a bit pricey! Same with the produce aisle.. NOT a big selection.. Mostly just the basics, and again..a bit on pricey side..
