Brought my RAV4 in for its first service. Great service team and free massages while you're waiting. Returned for a car wash & Rebecca at the cashier's desk was great. She updated my account and then went outside to get my car wash going. Thanks NTW!
Customer service sucks! 2 hours with an appointment before i was talked to about my car. Then another 30 min until im i guess getting my car. Service agent called me instead getting out of his seat and screaming across the room like the rest of them. Really need to start thinking about the guest instead of their $$$. Very impersonal very rude!
I am seriously in disbelief at their service. I went 3 months ago for an alignment. They made the alignment worse. The car was shifting more right. I came the next day when the alignment was done and I was told I was wrong. My wife drove the car and it was shifting right that it even got off the lane. so I came back 3 months later and spoke to another manager who claimed I was also wrong and said he needed $65 to just check the car. I understand they are money hungry and super rude. They don't respect customers and they will never prove their service was not done right. I will go to firestone. They have a 12 months warranty on alignment and people there are so well mannered.
I regularly take my '12 Prius V in for scheduled maintenance. They seem fair and reasonable. No problems. They used to have free donuts in the mornings, we miss that.
Great service center. Always have clean waiting area, coffee, sometimes free massage while you wait.
