Sat at a table for 15 minutes and no one waited on us. Got up and left. As we were leaving we passed by a table where someone left behind almost a whole plate of wings. If the food is that good maybe it's a good thing we didn't stay!
Food quality is bad. Wings with all that breading is nasty. Hooters didn't see any..
Service was terrible! We sat at a table for 10-15 minutes before we were even greeted. Waitress took our drink order. A round of adult beverages and 2 sodas for the kids. Instead of bring our drinks right out the waitress went around to every one of her tables and asked if they needed a refill. Then she brought their refills out before our inital round of drinks. She forgot the straws for the kids sodas. She said she would be right back with straws. That took 10 minutes. Then another 10 minutes until she took our food order. Then 40 minutes for our wings to come out. Believe me, it doesn't take 40 minutes to deep fry wings. Then she never came by once to see if we needed refills or anything after offering everyone else refills ahead of our initial drinks. Then it took forever to get our check. I'm not one to complain a lot so this doesn;t sound like me. Let's just say I was very disappointed with the service and will not be headed back to this Hooters location anytime soon!
Sat at the bar for 15 (yes 15) minutes while the bartender flirted with 2 other guys at the other end of the bar and totally ignored me. After 15 minutes she came down and asked if I needed something. I said yes and ordered a drink. She went back to flirting with the 2 other guys and never got my drink. I waited another 5 minutes and then walked out.
This is the BEST Hooters I've been to, family owned an operated with a craft beer bar attached that also offers their legendary wings! One stop shot for good food and delicious beer!
