I came with a large party and was seated quickly. Drink orders were taken and delivered, bar drinks did not get to the table until some of the food came out. One of my parties chicken was not done and anothers food got delivered to another table. I could understand this if it was a full restaurant but it was not. They could have done better and I have confidence that they can. Our server did well considering only starting work 3 days prior.
I used to love Chili's but we haven't been to one in over 3 years because the food and the service was getting worse and worse at either of the ones we went to (the old one on Rt. 7 and the one on 202.) We decided to give the new Chili's at Christiana a shot and ended up regretting it. While the waiter was very nice and prompt both of our orders were wrong. I understand mistakes happen but this was the last chance for us and Chili's. We won't be dining there again.
Chili's is really on their game at this location. The food was prepared the way it is supposed to and not just cooked and plopped on a plate like some of this genre of restaurant can do. This store replaces the one that was at the intersection of Churchman's road and Rt 7 and it is definitely a step, actually 3 steps up from the old one. Atmosphere is great, beer served at the right temperature, service is good and they have the at table interface that enables you to add to your order or pay your bill from the table. Three tumbs up.
First time going here, and it was pretty good. Food was good quality. It was fresh and hot. The service wasn’t super fast, but it was good overall.
I ordered online through there website and I had the option to pay online when I arrived my order could not be found however it showed that I placed it online at the correct location and it shouted I paid for my order through the receipt and my online bank.. however the manger sandy said they had to close out everyday and that because hey did not have the order it would be credited back so she needed me to pay at that time no problem I paid that was last Thursday a whole week later I have called several times and went back up there left my number several times and no call backs and no credit it’s not like I don’t have the receipts and the amounts which I have shown them several times at this point I have to contact someone else I’m not sure what is so difficult about giving a credit however I was charged twice and when I come in to get my credit it is rude to continue to tell me it’s lunch rush or dinner rush you have had more than enough days to credit my account and I have been patience so it would be nice for the manger sandy to call me as she said she would.
