READ THIS BEFORE YOU PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. Here's why I say so. I had purchased Ray-ban aviators for 210$ and sadly the Ray-ban had an accident and they broke. I went to the outlet here at Christiana and as per their receipt/ sunglass hut policy they gave me a half off price that's 100$ towards the Ray-Ban. I ended up buying the Persons for 230$ (original price 330$). I wasn't really comfortable so I returned them for Prada's. Here comes the action. The Prada's cost 298$ and I was asked to pay $68 extra as I paid 230 for Persols. Where did the 100$ I was entitled towards the Ray-Ban go?? On asking, The manager, she was so rude and intimidating in front of the customers I walked out of the store humiliated.... Never expected this from sunglass hut you just lost a customer who's family spent nearly 1200-1500$ here so far. :(
Had a wonderful shopping experience here. Minni was so helpful and very nice and personable. If you're looking for a great pair of glasses from a kind sales person, this is the place! AND NO, I am not related and this is not my store, LOL! I did; however, consider asking her to fill out an application to work for me! I hope her boss takes good care of her or else I'll come snag her up! =P
Very bad customer service. The people who work there are very rude. Not advisable to visit again. I had a problem with the ray ban glasses worth 200$ which i purchased at the store. i asked for exchange and they refused to do it. I felt very disappointed.
My official stop for my sunglass desires. So far I have bout two pairs of Prada's here and countless pairs of Oakleys. Years later all the pairs are still in flawless condition.
