Had a package delivered to a totally different address and of course the location is closed on a Saturday. Then you get customer service in another country. UPS YOUR COMPANY LACKS ACCOUNTABILITY AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL DRIVERS!!!!!!!
Our UPS Driver Corey, made sure that our paychecks were delivered on a Saturday which is not part of our normal delivery schedule. He took time out of his busy route to stop by. We appreciate Corey and all that he does for us here at The Maids. Thanks Corey and Merry Christmas!!
Drivers with blatant disregard for the packages they are delivering. Just tossing them from 3-5 feet from the door. Had a large box delivered and heard the bang at the front door so i watched the next couple of houses the drivers went to and they just threw the boxes onto the porch. I'd imagine any property that is broken is a direct result of this service.
Have no issues with the Service here, I've called customer service a few times in the past for last second hold's on packages and even though I'm sure it was inconvenient, this location on Ruthar drive was still able to help me out and comply quickly.
Too many "new drivers"? Or is it an excuse? Package left a neighbor's front porch - but only three houses on the street. Numbers are all well marked...and if it was a "new driver" maybe he/she should be extra careful and look up/around to see the numbers on the houses!? But it's still better than USPS!!
