Editing to add: 10/3 received a letter stating I owed a balance... for a policy I never said I wanted and was supposed to be cancelled regardless. Fishy.
I called in for a auto quote I thought I was paying too much for insurance.. I spoke with a lady name tiffany, she was very polite and knowledgeable regarding helping md understand what I'm getting. She helped me realize I only had liability coverage with Geico they told me I was paying $130 per month for full coverage I am really glad I found out I wasn't covered the way I needed to be. The young lady asked for referrals of course I gave her my friends and family names so she can hopefully help them as well, the agent jeff Gardiner was so nice to give me a visa gift card and 2018 calendars so much goodies. If you looking for insurance go see Jeff Gardiner they will definitely help.
Called multiple times and confirmed with multiple people the closing of my account. Not only was money not supposed to be taken out of my account after that, but afterwards I didn't receive the payment I was promised. It's been nearly a month and I was promised a timely refund, since the money shouldn't have been taken out anyways. Also got a letter yesterday that a recurring payment was set up for an account.... a month after closing it and confirming with Jeff, Selena, and Statefarm customer service. I am not getting a refund. I am a student and to have this happen is devastating.Take your business elsewhere, as Jeff Gardiner likes to steal from students without their authorization after they've already cancelled their policies ten times over. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
Jeff Gardiner is very knowledgeable, personable and helpful. For the first time, I feel confident that I have the best coverage for myself and family. I purchased home, auto and personal umbrella policies from Jeff. He was able to completely answer my questions and he is willing to go above and beyond to help his clients. I wanted to just share my experience with Jeff and the office reps. I moved about a month ago and was shopping around for renters insurance policies when I came across Jeff’s office. Everyone was super friendly and helpful and not to mention the policy I was quoted was super affordable. I dealt with Michelle in the office for the most part and she made the whole process quick and painless. I received my documents in the mail to sign for my recurring monthly payment (because you have to sign something to authorize them to do so) rather quickly. I honestly feel like Jeff and his team are there for me. Thank you all again for be so great!
